I am a newbie to this message board and an avid archive buyer with more than 50 titles in my collection. Many people, including myself, have mentioned that they would love a Hex archive. Somebody told me that DC does not have any immediate plans to but I believe there is a need for a nicely done edition of All-Star Western #10,et all. Also, a DC Direct porcelain statue of Jonah would be great. So, anyone else have any thoughts on this?

I'd love a Jonah Hex Archive, although Bat Lash is the western I'd *really* like to see.

As for DCD figures, busts, etc.. I'm not the target audience. It's the books I love.

Well, in the 13 years it would take to get there (not to mention add a year for a Bat Lash Archive...)

...I might not be terribly opposed to the Hex Archive. (But ask again in a decade, after we've gotten the first ten of these...)

Oh, and the figure is a must (along with Bat Lash, Cinnamon and Scalphunter!)

I think the Hex series shouldn't be forgotten. Its camp value alone makes it worth the read. Those suggested archives would be incredible Owen Cardiff! I'd buy multiples of them all. I just can't believe we have (in my opinion) wastes of space like Black Canary archives instead of Jonah Hex!!

Regarding the Hex stories, the good news is that if Jonah had a volume issued every 3 years, it'd be about 40 years before the Hex stuff makes it to the Archives. I will be old and senile by then and won't care if Hex is Archived or not.

Let's get started soon so I can read the regular stuff before I reach that senile stage.

Ugh. For pity's sake, no more talk of "Hex." I was a regular purchaser of "Jonah Hex" throughout its run, beginning with "Weird Western." When it made its transformation to that post-apocalyptic mess of "Hex," I was so off-put by it that I gave up on 'new' comics altogether. Other than a few issues of "Crisis" (to see what the hell that was all about), I've never gone back to floppies. See what a bad comic book can do? Only via the archives has DC cleverly managed to sneak back into my wallet.
